By bidding on our listed item(s), bidders agree to all Terms and Conditions below. Please email us before placing bid if you have questions regarding all our Terms and Conditions:
1. Bidders have read and agreed all terms and condition before placing bid. By placing bid, bidders are assumed having read, understood, be aware of and agreed all our terms and conditions, all associated costs, all specifications, configurations, compatibility, expected performance, packing, quantity and contents and any other inforamtion provided as part of this auction.
2. The winning bidder must go through our web store check out process. Otherwise, delay of delivery might occur.
3. All orders are processed automatically and electronically. Shall any changes and request made to the transaction, buyer must inform us by separate email with appropriate title rather than our web store checkout confirmation. Otherwise, such change and request might not be read by us.
4. The winning bidder agrees to make payment for winning item(s) and associated shipping and handling costs within 5 business days from the end date of the item. Otherwise, the winning bidder will be considered as non-paying buyer. An unpaid strike will be applied which could affect the status of your web store account. Please email us if buyer cannot pay within 5 days.
5. We are not directly liable for any loss or damage of items during transit or for incorrect delivery. In case problems arise from delivery, a complaint and claim should be lodged to delivery service provider by the buyer, and we will provide necessary information as required. Final decision on complaints and claims is solely the decision of the delivery service provider and we have no control on the decision.
6. In case of a Dead On Arrival (DOA) item, buyer has option to get refund or get replacement if a Money Back Guarantee is applied to the item. The replacement unit will not inherit the Money Back Guarantee of the DOA item. If no Money Back Guarantee is applied, a DOA item can only be replaced, not refunded.
7. For refunded items, buyer is not eligible to bid for an item of the same kind otherwise, buyer is required to pay for the price difference between the refunded item and the newly won item (excluding Postage & Handling cost) if the newly won item bid amount is lower.
8. Our entire liability to buyer or any third parties under any circumstance is limited to the final sale price of the relevant items excluding postage and handling.
9. Buyer agrees to inform us of any problem with the item(s) they purchased and received before leaving negative feedback. Leaving negative feedback without allowing us to provide a remedy represents that buyer has accepted the condition of the item(s), and has closed the transaction. Applied warranty to such items will be void immediately. We will not be liable for any consequences of the buyer keeping or using the item(s).
10. While all care is taken when producing item listing pages in our store, any misprint, errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. All images contained within item listings are for illustration purposes only. Please refer to the textual contents of the item listing. If you have a doubt, please contact us before placing bid. We will not be liable for wrong perceptions of the item and no excuses and complaints will be accepted and responded to if product delivered is as described in its listing page.
11. Buyer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address in the web store as part of the web store account creation process before placing bid. Item(s) won will be shipped to the address provided to us in the web store. Buyer agrees to bear all the costs and responsibility for the return or loss of a shipment if buyer failed to provide a correct address before dispatch.
12. All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the email order confirmation invoice generated by our web store and a valid Return Authorization Number which must be requested prior to returning any item. Otherwise, a fee of $15 is applied to cover our sales history retrieval costs and administration cost if the returned item is missing the copy order confirmation invoice.
